What is the difference between the levels?
Initiate gives you the Commons and eleven starter courses to keep. Mystic adds three schools, the full library, Sanctuary and weekly office hours. Creator adds the School of Business, Creator Academy, and new masterclasses and challenges.
Can I buy one course alone?
Courses come with a membership.
Can I change level?
Use your account in the hub to manage your membership. Contact the hub support team for help changing level.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account in the hub.
What do I keep if I leave Mystic or Creator?
You keep everything in Initiate if you joined through it.
How do refunds work?
Email contact@spiritstudios.com within 14 days of your payment. Your payment will be refunded.
